1.             PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS

1.1         Description

This product is obtained through the evaporation of water from whole milk.

1.2         Use 

a)       For human consumption alter reconstituting with warm water. The exception is pharmaceutical use and newborn children.

b)       For industrial uses.

2.             DELIVERY AND STORING SPECIFICATIONS

2.1     Package  features

 

Bag (25 Kg.): the product is packaged in multi-laminated paper bags with a barrier against humidity, in a thermo sealed polyethylene bag which is in direct contact to the product.

Big Bag (1000 Kg): the product is packaged in Big Bags, which the exterior lamina is made of raffia and its interior lamina is  a polyethylene back bag, which is in direct contact to the product.

2.2     Labeling features

2.2.1  The bags must have the following printed information:

a.    Product denomination.

b.    Manufacturer commercial name.

c.    National register of the factory.

d.    Country of origin

e.    Elaboration date.

f.      Lot number.

g.    Expiration date.

h.    Net content in the International System units.

2.3     Storage conditions

The product must be storage to a temperature not higher than 25 °C, in a closed place, cool, dry and ventilated.

2.4     Utility Life

Under the given storage conditions, the expiration dates are:

-for bags of 25 Kg. a maximum period of 12 months.

-for big bags of 1000 Kg. a maximum period of 4 months.

3.   QUALITY VERIFICATION

3.1   The product quality is tested with lab analysis which are used as requirement for its liberation, emitting a quality certificate confirming that the specifications have being accomplished.
